Hello friends! Welcome back for another Holiday styled table ready for Easter Sunday! I’ve teamed up with Mill’s Florist, one of our local florist here in our sweet little town of Mt Pleasant, TX. The gorgeous fresh flower spread were special ordered for this table scape. A big thank you for hand picking them for me to style. I share my vision and they run with it. They ordered the base of these and I added a few of my picks to make a bigger arrangement last minute. Everything is bigger in Texas. He has made everything beautiful in its time. Ecclesiastes 3:11
It is our family tradition to enjoy Easter Sunday Celebration reflecting on one selfless act that gave us (you and me) the opportunity to be forgiven of our sins and short comings. To remember Christ died for us and with our acceptance of God’s son as our savior we have enterance into heaven with eternal life. Just writing this is life a big rush of fresh air to my soul. For this I am forever thankful and love Easter!
My table scape was inspired by these fun colorful bowls I found a different places at different times I’ve collected along the way. I started with a linen runner and placemats from Paul Michaels. The white square dinner plates are from Target and used the bowls for a pop of color and interest. When I found the white and gray eggs from Michaels I bet I squealed a little in the store I was so excited! Can you see the gold speckles on them?
Let’s talk about these flowers. I based my runner with eucalyptis and a small white flower accent . Then centered with an arrangement. Starting with the blue + white hydrangeas and cutting them at an angle and treating the tips to last for weeks! See previous posts here about Keeping Your Hydrandreas From Wilting. Then adding the roses, and rananculus. They smell sweet and refreshing for days. It came together beautifully.
The linen napkins, vase, and water goblets/wine glasses were all found at Homegoods. The tiered brass candle holders are vintage found at a local antique shop but have linked some similar ones below. I’ve started seeing them sold new everywhere. My barcart is a Ross find. When entertaining, I want to keep refills close by to keep my guests seated to enjoy their meal. I accented the barcart with a small flower arrangement and an extra tea towl.
Enjoy your Easter with your family + friends celebrating the resurrection of our Savior! I hope you enjoyed my Modern Easter Table Scape. Be sure to find me here on Pintirest to save this for later at Moderndaywithnik.
