With our busy schedule a slow cooker meal is my kind of meal during the week. There’s nothing better than sitting in parent pick up line knowing your dinner for party of 5 is handled. #winning I make this about once a week. It is an ideal lean white meat instead of the predictable chicken. I have tried it many different ways but this one wins in our house with everyone. This is easily paired with the veggie dish I posted in the last post.

NIK’S SLOW COOKER PORK LOIN
I normally prepare 2 loins since we have so many meat eaters in the house so keep this in mind when measuring ingredients. You may only need about half for 1. But 1 loin is perfect for a family of 4. I personally like to have some left overs to have for myself for lunch the next day. Place your thawed pork loins in your slow cooker. Then wisk ingredients in mixing bowl:
- 5 oz. Soy Sauce
- 5oz. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 can Regular Dr. Pepper
- 1 squeezed lime juice
- 5 Tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Ground Ginger
- Lime Zest
- 1 Tbsp Pepper Flakes or Crushed Red Pepper
Cook on LOW for 4 hours. Then turn Slow cooker to WARM setting until ready to serve. I pull mine out to let the meat rest on a serving dish before cutting. Hope you enjoy as much as we do. I hardly ever have any left.
